Our club offers 25,500 square foot of space featuring the finest athletic and recovery amenities. Within our club you will find a variety of areas for different fitness regimens, including our RIDE theater, BOX room, SCULPT room, REFORM room, LIFT & TRAIN area and LEGACY gym equipped with state-of-the-art machines and equipment.
Sculpt Room
Featuring infrared heating and a beautiful LED-lit Himalayan salt wall, this room is an ideal setting for barre, yoga, stretching, IHP and aerial yoga classes. Himalayan salt helps detoxify the air and supports reduced allergy symptoms.
Ride theater
With a stadium-style layout and energizing LED lights, our Cycle Theater has 36 top-of-the-line Stages bikes. Each bike is numbered so you can book the bike of your choice through our Legacy Athletic Center app.
REFORM ROOM
Classes feature eight Balanced Body Allegro Reformers, each with an individual backlit LED mirror, for a great workout.
Box ROOM
Features 12 Aqua Bags with power sensors and 12 customized benches and backlit mirrors.
Lift & Train Area
Strength, fitness, and sports training classes are held in this 3,700-square-foot space with professional-grade turf and state-of-the-art fitness equipment.
Legacy Gym
Equipped with state-of-the-art machines, plate loaded and selectorized. All machines and equipment in this area were hand selected to promote proper bio mechanics with personalized adjustments for the user to ensure proper form and placement to maximize results.
Recover Room
Featuring LED-lit Himalayan salt walls, this room features cryotherapy, hydramassage and massage with therapist.

OTHER AMENITIES
LAC has everything you need to get a great workout and prepare for whatever’s next. We provide digital lockers, towel service, bathrooms with showers, and amenities like shampoo, hair ties, etc.
